Procedures for reading the meter and figuring your energy bill can be found on the rate chart included in your billing packet, which you will receive from the District office prior to the next regular billing date. If you have any questions about your bill or need to make a request for other services provided by the District, please call 1-800-750-9277, or 375-1360 if on the Wayne exchange.
All meter readings and electric energy bill payments for “self read-self bill” accounts are due the first day of each month. All payments due are considered delinquent if not received before the 10th of each month and are subject to late payment charges. Delinquent accounts are subject to disconnection on or after the 15th of each month. Town accounts are sent a bill with the late payment date on the face of the bill.
Please choose the link below and provide the information requested, electronically sign and submit the service agreement and send in any meter deposits or other payments due within 10 days to the District. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a “FINAL NOTICE OF SERVICE DISCONNECTION.”
