Town Residential: Available to members of the District that are residential customers in towns re-aligned in 2001 by the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) into the Northeast Nebraska PPD.

 

Rural Residential: Service under this schedule is restricted to residential service only. Service is subject to the District’s established rules and regulations.

 

Residential Time of Use: Available to members of the District that are residential. For residential uses subject to NeNPPD established rules and regulations.

 

Residential PrePay Rate: Service under this schedule is restricted to residential service only. Service is subject to the District’s established rules and regulations. Non-residential loads connected through the same meter may disqualify the residence from being served on this rate. The District’s management will review cases of multiple uses on one meter and make a determination about the best rate classification.

 

General Service 3 Phase: Service under this schedule is for non-seasonal, non-residential and non-farm service, including but not limited to commercial establishments, separate garages and out-buildings only and other loads which are not classified for service under other rate schedules. Service is subject to the District’s established rules and regulations and limited to 150 kva of transformer capacity.

 

General Service Single Phase: Service under this schedule is for non-seasonal, non-residential and non-farm service, including but not limited to commercial establishments, separate garages and out-buildings only and other loads which are not classified for service under other rate schedules. Service is subject to the District’s established rules and regulations and limited to 50 kva of transformer capacity.

 

Farm Single Phase: Available to farm commercial and residential uses subject to the District’s established rules and regulations. Determination of farm service will be having had prior service under Schedule A. This schedule is applicable to residences that share a joint electric service with some form of agricultural endeavor.

 

Farm Three Phase: Available to customers outside corporate limits located on or near District's three-phase lines for all farm, home, schools, churches, public buildings, non-irrigation pumps, equipment, commercial and residential uses subject to its established rules and regulations.

 

Annual Billing Single Phase: Available to customers of the District for all farm, stock pumps, equipment, commercial and residential using less than 500 kWh per year.

 

Annual Billing Three Phase: Available to members of the District located on or near District's three-phase lines for all farm, home, schools, churches, public buildings, non-irrigation pumps, equipment, commercial and residential uses, that are less than 500 kWh per year.

 

Rate SDP 40 kW to 99 kW: Available to customers requiring greater than 40 kW or more of demand capacity in 1 or more months within a year and located on or near Seller's lines or more than 60 kVa of transformer capacity.

 

Rate Schedule AC-1: Rate Schedule AC-1 applies to Northeast Nebraska Public Power District ("NORTHEAST") Customers that own and operate a non-dispatchable DG Facility, not exceeding a total nameplate rating 25 kW and which is located on the Customer's premises; produces energy mainly for consumption on site; is interconnected and operates in parallel with NORTHEAST Power's existing facilities; and is measured by NORTHEAST at a single metered facility located at the immediate interconnection point of the Customer's generating facility.

 

Schedule LP, Large Power Service: Available to customers requiring 100 kw or more of demand capacity in 1 or more months within a year and located on or near Seller's three-phase lines or more than 150 kVa of transformer capacity. This rate schedule is for non-farm loads, subject to District's established rules and regulations. Farm loads may be qualified or required on this rate on a case by case basis.

 

Schedule LP-2, Large Power Service: This Rate Schedule LP-2 is offered for the entire electrical requirements at a single location of any industrial or manufacturing Customer requiring 5,000 kVa or more of installed transformer capacity, and for which there exists an executed Power Purchase Contract between the Customer and the District. Resale of energy taken under this rate schedule by the Customer is not permitted.

 

Schedule PRIMARY LP, Primary Large Power Service: Available to customers requiring 100 kw or more of demand capacity in 1 or more months within a year and located on or near Seller's three-phase lines or more than 150 kVa of transformer capacity. This rate schedule is for non-farm loads, subject to District's established rules and regulations. Farm loads may be qualified or required on this rate on a case by case basis.

 

Irrigation Pumping -- Time of Use: Available for service to irrigation pumps, subject to District's established rules and regulations.

 

Schedule L, leased lighting: All customers are eligible to lease private lighting owned and maintained by NeNPPD. This leased lighting is unmetered and NeNPPD provides all of the energy required.

 

Rate Schedule WPS-1: Available only to municipalities who purchase from the District all of its power and energy requirements (with the exception of any direct Western allocation) for resale, including sales to end-use customers and load growth.

 

Standby Service Rider: This rider can be applied to any existing rate schedule. The purpose of this modification to existing rates is to permit a ‘non-permanent’ disconnection of service to accounts that are not seasonal in nature.
